Gym stuff

Squats: 5 sets of 5 reps, 100 lbs
Benchpress: 5 sets of 5 reps, 105 lbs
Lat pulldown: 2 sets of 12 reps, 105 lbs, but got lazy on the third set

Then I got nauseous, and went home.

I was nauseous on Saturday morning, too. I wonder why. I did have several apples before exercising, so it's not because I was exercising on an empty stomach.

When doing the squats, I just held my arms out in front with the bar up against my throat - no pain to my wrists, but the bar either crushed my larnyx or slid down along my triceps. Either way, it was painful. This was actually helpful, as I didn't notice any pain in my quads or glutes.
