Each week Resonant spends $56 on food. 700 grams of oatmeal, 450 grams chicken (skinless, grilled without oil), 340 grams fish, 7 kg celery, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, or other vegetables, one bag (1.3 L) skim milk, 500 grams coffee beans, 500 grams apples or other fruit, and assorted spices (not shown). The food is mostly prepared on the weekends and stored in plastic bags, so it can be grabbed on the way to work each morning.
